General Car Rental Terms and Conditions for No Credit Card Rentals last update 02.02.2026

 These Terms and Conditions govern the rental agreement between the client and our company. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Minimum driver age

The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 24 years.
The driver must hold a valid Category B driving license for at least 3 years.

2. Accepted driving licenses

We accept all valid international driving licenses, including licenses issued in:
European Union, China, USA, Canada, Australia, and other countries, provided they are accompanied by a valid identity document or passport.

3. Required documents

At vehicle pickup, the client must present:

• A valid driving license
• An ID card or passport
• A debit card or cash for payment

A credit card is not mandatory.

4. Payment and pricing

Payment is made at the time of vehicle pickup.
No advance payment is required.
Rental prices include the base rental fee and standard insurance coverage.

5. Insurance included

The base price includes third-party liability insurance (RC) and basic vehicle coverage.
Clients may choose optional additional insurance packages to reduce or eliminate excess during the rental period.

6. Client’s own insurance policies

We accept personal insurance policies of the client, including those linked to credit cards, provided they are valid and documented at the time of pickup.

7. Border crossing

It is forbidden to take the vehicle outside Italy without written authorization from the company.
Crossing borders without permission voids insurance coverage and makes the client fully responsible.

8. GPS and anti-theft systems

All vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking and anti-theft devices.
The client agrees that the vehicle may be located solely for security and theft-prevention purposes.

9. Proper vehicle use

The vehicle must be used responsibly and in accordance with traffic laws.
It is strictly forbidden to:

• Sub-rent the vehicle
• Transport illegal goods
• Participate in races or competitions
• Drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs

10. Liability and damages

The client is responsible for any damage caused by improper use of the vehicle or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
In case of accident or breakdown, the client must immediately contact our assistance service.

11. Security Deposit

The security deposit is accepted by debit card and is required depending on the vehicle category.
The deposit amount ranges from €350 to €1,200, depending on the class of the rented vehicle. 

By way of example: 

• Economy class (e.g. Dacia Sandero): €350 deposit

• Van / 9-seater minibus: €1,200 deposit 

The deposit will be temporarily blocked on the customer’s debit card and released at the end of the rental period, subject to verification of the vehicle’s condition and compliance with the rental terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking and collecting the vehicle, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
